Communities for Philanthropic Justice (CPJ) is on a mission to support Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders, and multi-racial People of Color-led efforts that reinforce the power, tenacity, and leadership leading to a more equitable and just community.

CPJ supports community groups and nonprofits who are rendered invisible, ignored, or purposefully overlooked by traditional philanthropic systems, institutions, and giving efforts.


CPJ addresses inequities in mainstream philanthropy and educates those interested in contributing to more just and equitable philanthropic practices.

A space for a network of aligned Black, Indigenous, People of Color who work in philanthropy to support each other in exploring how to deconstruct, reimagine, and recreate philanthropy in Arizona that is just and community most impacted-centered.

Builds racial equity and racial justice in the nonprofit sector by supporting Executive Directors and CEOs in the field.

FUNDS TO BIPOC-LED ENTITIES.

Guide and/or direct dollars to BIPOC-led community groups and nonprofits incorporating racial equity and racial justice principles and practices.
